When Ava opened her eyes, she felt a tay on her face. She had to sit her eyes immediately. She turned around, twisting her body on the bed.

She sat up on the bed and looked around. She found herself alone in the bedroom.

"I-I clearly remembered I was not wearing this before going to bed," she mumbled in a shocked tone.

She tried to remember everything that had happened last night.

She recalled Stephen coming to her room. She remembered his words, his

friends' words, and lan's presence in the room.

She scratched her head, realizing she had misunderstood lan. At the same time, he also misunderstood her about Luke.

She gazed at her pajamas and asked herself,

"Who changed my clothes?"

She raised her head to check her fever. She was relieved that the fever had gone.

She took a warm bath and got dressed. In the dress code, blue was her favorite color. She liked to wear blue most of the time.

She went downstairs. She thought she would meet lan, Stephen, and others. But no one was there.

"Miss, have your breakfast," a maid said.

"Steph."

"How are you feeling, Ava?"

"I am good now, Steph. Are all of you at the university?"

Stephen let out a chuckle, which caused her to frown.

"What?"

"Do you want to ask about lan? Then yes, he is here with us in the university."

Ava blushed, ignoring his answer.

"Brother, last night..."

"He was with you. He took care of you."

Ava's eyes widened. "W-What? He was with me?"

"Midnight."

"Did you go to my room?"

She nodded her head at her and said,

"Master lan called one of us to change your clothes. He looked really worried about you."

Ava was stunned. She bit her bottom lip, realizing that she misunderstood lan again.

'So he did not change my clothes?' she thought.

She let out a deep breath and cleared her throat. She noticed the maid's cheek

was red. She frowned at her and asked,

"What happened?"

The maid shook her head and mumbled,

"Master lan was shirtless. He stayed in your room last night."

Ava's lips quivered. She blinked, listening to the maid.

'Shirtless? she thought.

Her cheeks had turned redder than the maids'. The heat rising in her cheeks made her want to pat them. But she controlled herself and said,

"Don't talk about it to anyone."

The maid lowered her head and nodded before glancing at her.

Ava hurriedly walked out of her house.

She told one of the drivers to take her to the university.

After getting inside the car, she patted her cheeks.

'What happened last night?' she thought.

Thinking about shirtless lan, she gulped, shaking her head.

His thoughts caused her to lose her innocence day by day.

There was no way lan had done anything without her consent. Otherwise, she would feel that.

When she arrived at the university, she got out of the car.

With slow steps, she started to walk.

She felt well today. She did not think she had a fever anymore. She was relieved

that it had subsided in one night.

However, she was feeling too shy to meet lan's gaze. She could not tell him last night about what was on her mind.

As she stepped forward, she noticed people were looking at her.

She stopped moving and looked around. She frowned when she noticed they

were talking to each other while fixing their gaze

on her.

She felt awkward. What did she do now?

Every single person was staring at her.

She blinked a few times to understand the situation.

A boy walked toward her and said,

"What are you doing here? You should go to the basketball court."

"W-Why?" she asked, feeling nervous.

The worst thought that came to her mind was that lan and Luke were fighting

again. “You should go and see. But hurry," the boy replied.

Ava's heart clenched in fear of the fight, as she assumed the boy confirmed it.

She rushed toward the basketball court. She started to pray in her heart that everything would be fine.

As soon as she reached the basketball court, she found many people around. They all stopped what they were doing when they noticed her.

The silence shocked Ava.

She walked slowly while trying to find lan and Luke.

She stopped in her steps when he found lan standing in the center of the court.

She was about to approach him but came to a halt in the middle of the court when he noticed her.

He himself began to move toward her. She stood unmoved in her place when he came to a halt in front of her.

They were the center of attention. Ava glanced around her, not knowing why they were staring at them.

She found Stephen and his friends there too. Surprisingly, her friends were also there, waving at her.

She was about to wave back but froze when she realized that the boy in front of her was getting on his knees.

Her eyes widened when she slowly moved her head to look down a lan.
