Goodbye, Mr. Ex: I've Remarried Mr. Right

Chapter 1302

"Bullshit!" Randy spat.

In his mind, Juan was nothing but a backstabber.

Debra had let Juan off the hook before, but he didn't appreciate it. Now he was working with their enemies against them.

Jordan spoke up. "Miss Eaton is only staying with us for a few days. She'll be fine. Everyone, go home. If you don't, we may as well have a little competition and see who has more say in Seamar City."

"I'd like to see about that," Debra's voice came from outside the hall.

Then she came in with a group of people. Jordan recognized their uniforms and frowned.

"You have Andrew's seal?"

"We're not done yet."

Debra raised her hand, and a new group of bodyguards armed with batons stormed into the hall. Wearing the Houston family emblem on their chests, they quickly spread out.

"If you're not convinced, we can fight it out," she declared. "Juan, the Nichols family has gone through three transitions. You must be pretty drained, right? Jordan, how are you handling the resources of the Lowe family? The Four Great Families are here today, and we've brought a special guest."

From the crowd, Drake stepped forward.

The guards of the Lowe family were puzzled. Rumors about Drake's imminent death had been circulating for a while, but there he was, looking fine.

"Unfortunately, I'm not dead," Drake smirked, pulling out a Lowe family emblem from his pocket.

He flicked it and watched it spin in the air before landing back in his hand.

"You don't have this, do you?" he said, glancing at those guards behind Jordan. "The guards should salute the holder of the family emblem. What? Are you all blind?"

"No, sir." They quickly lowered their heads in submission.

Drake turned back to Jordan. "How do the shareholders vote? I don't care. But the bodyguards? They don't answer to you. You've got my people, paid by me, pointing guns at me. Isn't that a bit too much?"

Jordan's frown deepened. "What do you want?"

Drake chuckled darkly and moved forward, casually pulling over a guard.

"Where is he?"

"In the cellar, Mr. Lowe."

"Bring her over. Understood?"noveldrama

"Yes, sir."

The guards didn't dare defy Drake's orders.

Jordan's face darkened further. "Do I need to remind you? You're not the head of the Lowe Group anymore."

"No, no, no," Drake said, clicking his

tongue and wagging his finger dismissively. "I still hold the largest shares, and I call the shots here. What' the issue? If anyone needs a reminder of their place, it's you. Go back to your family and keep your nose out of mine."

Debra knew how angry Drake was at that point. Jordan didn't stand a chance.

She looked up at Juan and asked, "Mr. Nichols, what do you think?"
