Her smile faded as she asked, “Yes, but… Kellan, how do you know about that?”

Kellan let out a soft chuckle, his eyes tinged with the faintest trace of red.

“We used a suitcase to escape from danger back then. And I also said that if we really survived, I’d find you and be with you forever.
