Andy took the phone and called Cole.

Lila wasn't sure if they knew she was in trouble, so she wasn't sure how to word it. However, Andy, fearing she might give something away, picked up an iron rod from the side and lifted it in warning.

Lila took a deep breath and said, "I'm not looking for you I'm looking for my husband. I called him just now, but he didn't answer. Can you get him for me? I really need to talk to him."

The words she used my husband-were deliberate. She never called Kieran that. Both Cole and Kieran would know something was off.

Meanwhile, the police were still tracking the call's location.

Andy's smirk widened, his eyes gleaming with greed, as if Moore Group was already his. Lips curling into a silent command, he mouthed one word at Lila. "Shares." He wanted everything. All of it.

Lila nodded and added, "About the 5% of Moore Group shares you bought previously,could you—"

"I'll give them to him," Kieran cut her off before she could finish her sentence.
