“Mr. Dawson, there are only the four of us here. How are we supposed to finish all of this? You can’t be wasting food here,” Colby said.

“Who said the dishes are only for the four of us?” Bryan raised his chin, gesturing towards Raymond. “When Raymond worked for me, I never made him stand around while I ate.”

When Bryan mentioned Raymond, Colby’s gaze shifted to Raymond, his lips curling into a disdainful sneer. “He’s just a subordinate. How could he possibly sit at the same table with us? Raymond kept his eyes glued to the floor, not daring to lift his head.

“He can eat at another table. I ordered so much food; there isn’t enough room on our table anyway. Let him eat over there.” Bryan pointed to a broken table hidden in the corner of the restaurant.

Obviously, something was wrong with that table; otherwise, it wouldn’t have been tucked away, off-limits to the customers.

As the waiter approached with the dishes, Bryan gestured to the broken table and ordered several dishes to be set on it.

“Only one person can sit there,” the waiter cautioned. “The glass on the right side is shattered. It’s easy for people who sit there to get hurt.”

“Relax. No need to worry about that. He should consider himself lucky to have something to eat.” With a flick of his wrist, Colby tossed a toothpick at Raymond’s feet. “Mr. Dawson is allowing you a meal. Shouldn’t you show some gratitude?”

Raymond’s fists tightened at his sides as he gave a slight nod. “Thank you, Mr. Dawson.”

“You can leave now,” Colby sneered.

The more Eileen thought about it, the more convinced she became that Raymond wouldn’t endure this humiliation at the Deleon Group for no reason. There had to be something more.

As the waiters brought the dishes to the table, Bryan quickly piled Eileen’s plate with food before Presley and Colby could eat anything. As a result, Presley and Colby were left eating the leftovers.
